Qualificações

As a Safetica Territory Sales and Channel Manager (TSCM), you'll wield the power of Intelligent Data Security, DLP, and Insider Threat Management to protect businesses from data leaks. Just like a trusty shield, Safetica's solution acts as a powerful barrier, preventing sensitive data from falling into the wrong hands and keeping companies out of harm's way.

We are looking for a senior sales expert to lead and grow our presence in Brazil, one of our key markets in Latin America. This role combines direct sales execution and channel development, driving revenue growth through a mix of strategic account management, new business development, and partner enablement.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, experienced in IT Security or SaaS sales, with a proven ability to influence C-level decision-makers, build strong partner ecosystems, and close complex enterprise deals.

You'll work with our team to develop strategic sales plans, deliver product demonstrations, and establish strong relationships with customers and partners,all while helping them keep their valuable data safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Own and exceed the regional sales quota for Brazil.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.

  • Manage a defined territory of strategic accounts and identify new opportunities.

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and deals using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with Pre-sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure client success.

Channel Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard key resellers, integrators, and MSPs.

  • Build joint go-to-market plans with partners.

  • Enable and train partners on our solution offering and value proposition.

  • Co-sell with partners to drive new business and expansion opportunities.

  • Monitor and manage partner performance (pipeline, certifications, revenue).

Market Development

  • Act as the face of the brand in Brazil, representing the company in events, partner forums, and industry associations.

  • Gather market feedback and provide insights for local product-market fit and competitive positioning.

  • Work closely with marketing to adapt campaigns to local market needs.


  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT software solutions.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing channel partners, distributors, or VARs.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex sales cycles.

  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Experience selling to C-level stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, CFOs.

  • Background in cybersecurity, data loss prevention (DLP), or compliance solutions.

  • Proficiency in Spanish language.
