Position: Territory Manager - Advanced Wound Management (AWM)

The Territory Manager for the AWM Hospital department is primarily responsible for customer service in the field of tenders, their implementation, customer education on products, and achieving sales targets in designated direct sales outlets, while operating under the company's policies and procedures.

Territory: Warmian-Masurian, Podlaskie & Pomeranian voivodeships

What will you be doing?
  1. Profitably sell the Business Units product portfolio to meet product group and territory sales targets.
  2. Acquire, maintain, and update in-depth knowledge of the territory, including current customers, business potential, competitor activity, and market trends.
  3. Report monthly on sales activity, prospects, and competitor activity; provide quarterly updates on sales performance, business plans, and market trends.
  4. Monitor and participate actively in tenders within the area; responsible for tender management.
  5. Continuously assess the territory and market to identify new business opportunities with existing customers and expand the customer base.
  6. Provide advice and training to customers on Smith & Nephew products to ensure high user competence.
  7. Follow up on all sales leads, inquiries, and requests for assistance to maximize sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues across Smith & Nephew to maximize cross-business opportunities within the territory.
What will you need to be successful?
  1. Preferably 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, especially with medical equipment.
  2. Experience working in a hospital environment is highly preferred.
  3. Proficiency in English at an advanced level, with excellent communication skills.
  4. A self-directed, motivated individual demonstrating learning agility and persistence in overcoming challenges.
  5. Strong collaborative skills and a results-oriented mindset focused on achievement.
