Descrição Sumária

Assegurar o bom desempenho do sistema de segurança do trabalho, inspecionando locais, instalações e equipamentos da empresa através de rondas periódicas, investigando riscos e causas de incidentes/acidentes, implantando ações de correção e prevenção, a fim de garantir a integridade dos funcionários e do patrimônio da empresa. Dar suporte às atividades de Meio Ambiente, Saúde Ocupacional e Controle de Pragas.

Atribuições e Responsabilidades

• Inspecionar locais, instalações e equipamentos da empresa através de rondas periódicas, observando as condições de trabalho, determinando fatores e riscos de acidentes e atuando com as ações cabíveis corretivas e/ou preventivas.
• Inspecionar mangueiras, hidrantes, extintores, alarmes e outros equipamentos de contra incêndios ou de proteção à vida, para certificar - se de suas perfeitas condições de funcionamento.
• Investigar acidentes e quase-acidentes ocorridos, identificando as causas para propor as providências cabíveis.
• Instruir os funcionários da empresa sobre normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente, combate a incêndios e demais medidas de prevenção de acidentes.
• Liberar e/ou acompanhar a execução de serviços perigosos. Acompanhar e aprovar, quando necessário, a Permissão para Trabalho, especificando os riscos e cuidados necessários.
• Realizar inspeções periódicas de EHS nas empresas que recebem resíduos ou prestam algum tipo de serviço de manufatura à Pfizer.
• Estar sempre à disposição como membro permanente da brigada interna de controle de emergências (BRICE).
• Dar suporte às atividades da CIPA e colaborar na organização da SIPAT.
• Dar suporte às atividades de Meio Ambiente e Saúde Ocupacional.
• Conhecer e atuar de acordo com a Visão e Missão de Manufatura e com os objetivos da área, sempre vivenciando os Valores da Pfizer. Buscar o auto-desenvolvimento e dos colegas, trabalhando em time e aplicando as “Atitudes de Liderança”.
• Cumprir as práticas e normas de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente da Manufatura Pfizer Brasil. Desta forma, evitando acidentes, preservando a saúde e o meio ambiente.
• Preparar o PPP (perfil profissiográfico previdenciário) conforme solicitação da empresa;
• Cumprir e fazer cumprir as Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) publicadas pela portaria Mtb 3214

Qualificações/ Habilidades

• Técnico de Segurança Certificado. Com registro profissional na SST;
• Desejável Ensino Superior Completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia;
• 5 anos de experiência na área.
