A Vertiv Group Corporation está contratando um Engenheiro Mecânico para startups, manutenções e reparos emergenciais de UPS, baterias e equipamentos de distribuição de energia na região de Salvador-BA. O profissional deverá manter excelente rapport com clientes, representantes e parceiros, mantendo comunicação constante com Call Control e supervisão.

Entre as responsabilidades, estão o atendimento profissional de chamadas de serviço, execução segura das atividades e conformidade com normas

Qualificações

• HNC/HND em Engenharia Elétrica/Eletrônica ou equivalente.
• Experiência em serviço técnico ou ambiente de teste de equipamentos de energia AC.
• Conhecimento em uso de programas de escritório (Office).
• Experiência anterior em campo de serviço é essencial.
• Excelente atendimento ao cliente e habilidades de comunicação.
• Carteira de motorista válida.

Responsabilidades

• Atender chamadas de serviço de forma profissional durante o turno.
• Executar atividades com segurança e conforme normas vigentes.
• Garantir conformidade com normas ISO e políticas de segurança.
• Acompanhar controle de peças e materiais usados.
• Auxiliar no planejamento e agendamento de manutenções.
• Manter relato diário preciso e completo e atualizar o controle de clientes.

Brief Job Description:

The Mechanical Engineer will:

Responsible for startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for Vertiv UPS, battery, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment. Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, salesmen, distributors, and others within the area. Maintain continuous communications with Call Control and the department Manager/Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls while on duty.
• Perform all work in a safe manner and in accordance with established company safety policy.
• Perform all work using good working practice and current codes of practice/legislation relevant to assigned task.
• Ensure spare parts are properly accounted for using established parts procedures.
• Assist in ensuring that the planned maintenance completion rate is maintained at a min 90%.
• Assist call control to schedule, plan and complete any works as required, using established workflow procedures.
• Keep call control informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs.
• Maintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting errors with the site change form.
• Support company vision and management decision.
• Ensure that all ISO 9001:2000 agreed processes are followed.
• Keep company vehicle clean and properly maintained.
• You will be expected to look after all tooling and company property issued to enable the tasks to be carried out.
• Work as part of the service team.
• Follow up and follow through with any and all assigned tasks.
• Submit daily paperwork in a timely, accurate and complete manner and in case of Wireless Field Service ensure the job is debriefed in a complete and accurate manner at the customer’s premises where possible
• Ensure availability to work during weekend and nights
• Report sales or service leads to the proper department via the correct process.
• The employee ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of [Export Compliance], [Import Compliance], [EU Arrivals and Dispatching], as well as [Supply Chain Security] is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company International Trade Compliance Regulation certification program itself

QUALIFICATIONS

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

• HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Experience of working in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment essential
• Computer Literate (All office associated programs such as, word, excel, outlook)
• Previous field service experience essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter, ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressure
• Clean Valid driving license
