We are looking for a Técnico Junior who will have the mission of performing technical analyses and treatments, participating in projects, among other activities with the aim of ensuring the company's revenue, through the effectiveness and synergy of the billing chain, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing customer satisfaction.

Challenges:

Real-time monitoring: Monitoring services and team performance in the field.

Work Order Management (Dispatch): Allocation and redirection of field teams.

Incident tracking: Monitoring and treatment of Ombudsman notes.

Operational status updates: Maintenance of the services executed and activities development panorama.

Formation:
