Responsibilities and duties:

1. Perform safety inspections in the workplace.
2. Develop and deliver safety training sessions.
3. Investigate accidents and incidents, identify causes, and propose preventive measures.
4. Prepare technical reports on working conditions and safety occurrences.
5. Guide employees and managers on compliance with safety regulations.
6. Conduct risk analyses and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
7. Participate in the development and implementation of accident prevention programs.
8. Monitor and ensure adherence to safety and health standards at work.

Minimum requirements:

• Technical degree in Occupational Safety
• Registration with the Ministry of Labor (MTE)
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs)
• Experience in occupational safety
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge in accident prevention and incident investigation
