Une entreprise leader dans l'industrie alimentaire recrute un coordinateur HSE pour assurer la conformité et la sécurité au sein de ses installations. Vous serez responsable de la formulation des politiques HSE, de l'inspection des risques et de la coordination des formations, tout en collaborant avec une équipe pour promouvoir la culture de la sécurité.
· HSE Policy, Plans & Standards
o Contributes to the formulation of HSE policies, procedures, and standards by recommending changes, signaling needs, trends, and opportunities within the plant/site to ensure full compliance with HSE standards and continuous improvement of HSE performance across all business processes.
o Implements new or revised policies, programs, standards, and practices.
o Contributes to the development and execution of annual HSE plans, objectives, and goals.
o Develops safe standard work practices and procedures with management and staff.
· Risk Management, Inspection & Audit
o Contributes to the development and implementation of emergency and occupational safety risk assessments for the plant/site.
o Monitors HSE performance through safety and housekeeping inspections; recommends corrective actions.
o Collaborates with management and staff to identify and address potential HSE hazards; takes immediate action when necessary.
o Executes and coordinates internal inspections, audits, and investigations, initiating corrective actions to ensure compliance and address deviations.
o Assists with external audits and inspections.
· Training & Advice
o Coordinates and executes relevant HSE training and induction programs.
o Provides advice to management and staff on HSE policies to facilitate informed decision-making.
o Reviews new products, equipment, and processes for hazards and recommends modifications before implementation.
· HSE Tools, Systems, Reporting & Analysis
o Manages and improves local HSE systems in line with Nutreco policies, legislation, certification norms, and customer demands.
o Reports on HSE performance and progress.
o Analyzes lagging and leading indicators/KPIs to recommend actions.
· Incidents and Investigations
o Handles incident analysis, registration, and follow-up.
o Coordinates activities during crises and incidents to manage and resolve them effectively.
· Projects
o Participates in HSE improvement projects and prepares relevant permit applications.
· Communication & Stakeholder Management
o Communicates HSE policies clearly to all staff.
o Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders, including local Safety Champions, to promote HSE objectives.
