Qualificações

• Experiência em automação industrial e eletroeletrônica.
• Conhecimento de sistemas supervisórios (Rockwell/Siemens).
• Experiência em robótica ABB é uma vantagem.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar manutenção elétrica e eletrônica em máquinas e equipamentos da planta.
• Configurar inversores e instalar sistemas elétricos.
• Registrar atividades de manutenção no sistema SAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and electronic maintenance: predictive, preventive, and corrective on machinery, equipment, and plant installations.
• Configure inverters according to manuals and procedures.
• Assemble electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Build or refurbish electrical/electronic systems and control panels.
• Install, modify, or replace motors and electrical/electronic components.
• Conduct routine electrical and electronic inspections.
• Adjust frequency converters and calibrate motors.
• Record maintenance activities in SAP system.
• Propose solutions for technical issues and optimize setups.
• Monitor machine startups after product changeovers.
• Program and adjust systems like CLPs, IMCS, Drivers, Motors (AC/DC), KINETIX.
• Suggest and implement electronic programming improvements.
• Adjust parameterized motion blocks via CLP.
• Comply with QEHS standards.
• Participate in performance meetings focused on maintenance.
• Perform other related activities as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications include:

• Technical diploma in automation, electrotechnics, electronics, or mechatronics.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and electro-electronics.
• Programming and diagnostics in Siemens/Rockwell PLCs.
• Experience with supervisory systems (Rockwell/Siemens).
• Knowledge of inverter parameterization.
• Knowledge of safety systems (PILZ, GuardLogix).
• Understanding of AC/DC motors and electrical diagrams.
• Updated NR10 course.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with ABB Robotics.
• Experience with Rockwell Motion.
• Knowledge of substation systems (SEP).
• Experience with SAP systems.
