Job Duties

Under strict supervision, performs repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, and inspections on down-hole tool electronics and other equipment used in down-hole tools, including Directional/RSS or M/LWD sensors. Responsible for ensuring duties are performed safely, efficiently, and effectively. Areas of specialization may include mechanical aptitude, electronics aptitude, computer skills, assembly and disassembly of tools associated with PSL equipment, or Measure While Drilling and Logging While Drilling down-hole tools. A technical school certificate or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
