Job Summary

Responsible for in-circuit verification testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic circuit board assemblies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair opens, shorts, and Boundary scan failures to component level on electronic circuit board assemblies.
• Exhibit proficiency in using electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Understand and utilize assembly documentation such as Schematics, BOMs, Visuals, Debug, Testing tools, and procedures.
• Assist Test Engineering in data evaluation to improve diagnosis efficiency.
• Understand and follow Jabil production requirements, rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet Diagnostic department’s process yield goals.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations related to this position.
• Follow all security procedures within the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts like probability, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from various groups.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Operate a personal computer with Windows and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including familiarity with Jabil’s software.
• Write simple correspondence and understand visual aids.
• Follow simple instructions and deal with standardized situations.
• Read and comprehend instructions, memos, and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret graphs.
