A healthcare service company is seeking a Field Service Technician in Brazil to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment. The role requires a technical degree, fluency in Portuguese, and strong customer service skills. Candidates must have 2+ years of technical experience in a similar field. This position involves substantial travel and interaction with various stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
The Field Service Technician Brazil (FST BR) will perform in-house and on-site Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), Preventive Maintenances (PM) and Corrective Maintenances (CM) as described in the technical service manuals and/or rework instructions, in time. The FST will provide support to meet contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that the Installed Base is up to Cardinal Health’s requirements. The FST will document all technical activities and services on devices as per corporate requirements in the Service Management System and ensure information needed for traceability is correct. Tools, instruments and spare parts will be controlled to ensure proper control of the company’s assets and stock accuracy. The FST will also perform activities to support the Commercial area, including customer negotiations, training, and strategic visits for key customers and product launches. Any deviation or non-conformance against the Quality system should be opened and escalated, ensuring the technical SVC department meets the standards defined by CAH S&R QA. The role ensures field services are effective and customer requirements are met.
