Requisitos: técnico completo em Automação Industrial, experiência com PLCs/IHMs, redes industriais e SCADA, Node-RED e OPC UA/DA; diferencial MES PlantSuite.

Aqui, seu papel vai muito além do "apagar incêndios" ou de atuações repetitivas de manutenção do dia a dia: você terá a oportunidade de atuar em projetos estruturados de inovação, otimização e digitalização, ajudando a moldar o futuro da nossa operação. Você atuará diretamente na automação e na jornada de transformação digital da nossa planta industrial, lidando com manutenção preventiva e preditiva, integração de sistemas e comissionamento. Seu propósito será impulsionar o nível de automação dos processos, garantindo mais eficiência energética, redução de paradas e a aplicação prática de soluções em IoT, SCADA e MES em um ambiente tecnológico e colaborativo.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Desenvolver, programar e realizar a manutenção em PLCs e IHMs das principais marcas do mercado (como Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, entre outras).
• Configurar e otimizar sistemas SCADA para monitoramento, controle de processos e tomada de decisões em tempo real.
• Diagnosticar e solucionar falhas (troubleshooting) em redes industriais (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Realizar atividades de automação em painéis elétricos e apoiar tecnicamente a área de utilidades da fábrica.
• Implementar fluxos de dados via Node-RED para coleta, tratamento e análise de dados operacionais?
• Configurar servidores e clientes OPC UA / OPC DA para assegurar uma comunicação fluida e segura entre dispositivos e sistemas?
• Prestar suporte, configurar e manter o sistema MES (PlantSuite), garantindo rastreamento da produção, cálculo de OEE e apontamentos automáticos.
• Auxiliar no comissionamento, startup de novas linhas automatizadas e manter atualizadas as documentações técnicas (diagramas elétricos e arquiteturas de rede).

Quais os requisitos:

• Formação técnica concluída em Automação Industrial, Mecatrônica, Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica ou áreas correlatas.
• Vivência sólida com programação e manutenção de PLCs e IHMs de grande porte (linha Rockwell, Siemens ou Schneider).
• Domínio na configuração e manutenção de redes industriais e sistemas SCADA.
• Conhecimento e experiência prática em ambientes de Utilidades e painéis elétricos industriais.
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de conectividade OT/IT (Node-RED, protocolos OPC UA/DA e integração IoT).
• Diferenciais: Conhecimento no sistema MES PlantSuite ou outras ferramentas de gestão de manufatura.
• Vivência em projetos de melhoria contínua focados em eficiência energética e digitalização do chão de fábrica.
• Perfil proativo, analítico e com sede de aprendizado para atuar em projetos de médio e longo prazo.
