Job Description

Position: VP Engenharia e Serviços ao Cliente

Department: Serviços ao Cliente Centralizado

Work Location: FREGUESIA - SP

Our engineering and customer service team aims to enhance customer experience by exploring new technologies, planning the telephony network, and expanding the technological capabilities of our products and network. The customer service team ensures quick and quality repairs, installations, and maintenance for B2B and B2C lines across fixed, mobile, and TV networks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Repair faults in Lines, Data, and TV with quality and within deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in related programs.
  • Understand Telefônica's Environmental Policy and implement environmentally responsible practices in daily activities to ensure good environmental management.
Requirements and Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License - Category B, Active and Permanent.
  • Desirable experience and skills with manual or technical work (tools, wires, sockets, electricity).
  • Experience in Customer Service is preferred.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Computer skills, including Windows and Office Suite.
  • Discipline and proactive attitude in daily tasks.
  • Knowledge of GPON, IPTV, and VoIP technologies is a plus.
