Job Description

Responsibilities and assignments

1. Perform regular inspections at stores to ensure safety compliance;
2. Identify and assess risks, proposing corrective and preventive actions;
3. Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending improvements to prevent recurrence;
4. Coordinate and support the CIPA committee;
5. Conduct safety, machinery, and equipment training sessions;
6. Prepare safety reports, charts, and presentations based on data;
7. Promote safe practices and awareness campaigns;
8. Assist the company in adapting and implementing safety processes in retail environments.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Technical training in Occupational Safety with registration with the Ministry of Labor (MT);
2. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, chart creation, and reporting;
3. Must have an active CNH B license and access to a vehicle to travel between stores.
