Job Description

Responsibilities and assignments

1. Attend to 10 units across Rio de Janeiro, Petrópolis, and Teresópolis.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
3. Identify and evaluate risks, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
4. Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending improvements to prevent recurrence.
5. Coordinate and support the CIPA committee.
6. Deliver safety, machinery, and equipment training.
7. Prepare safety reports, graphs, and presentations.
8. Promote safe practices and awareness campaigns.
9. Assist in implementing safety processes in retail operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid CNH B license and a vehicle for travel between stores.
• Technical degree in Safety at Work with registration with the Ministry of Labor.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
