Qualificações

• Experiência em manutenção e serviço de elevadores e escadas rolantes.
• Conhecimento das normas de segurança NR10 e NR35.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar manutenção preventiva, corretiva e reparos em elevadores e escadas rolantes.
• Seguir 100% do Roteiro e Plano de Manutenção da região.
• Detectar proativamente problemas futuros para prevenir novas chamadas.

Position: TÉCNICO(A) RESIDENTE - SÃO SEBASTIÃO DO PARAÍSO/MG

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive, corrective maintenance, and repairs on Otis and Multimarca Elevators, as well as escalator maintenance.
2. Conduct all maintenance within your region to ensure equipment is in perfect working condition.
3. Follow 100% of the Route Sheet and Maintenance Plan for your region.
4. Proactively detect future issues to prevent new calls.
5. Identify and generate opportunities for new commercial partnerships in the region.
6. Adhere to safety procedures to ensure your safety and that of users.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Knowledge of safety standards and certifications in NR10 and NR35.
• Experience in maintenance and service of elevators and escalators.

Residency requirement: Candidate must reside in São Sebastião do Paraíso/MG.
