Job Description

As a Pleno Safety Technician in Mariana/MG, your responsibilities will include:

1. Implementing accident prevention programs, occupational disease control, and safety procedures in the workplace, involving workers and evaluating outcomes.
2. Conducting safety inspections, issuing technical reports, and maintaining safety documentation.
3. Managing safety meetings, investigating accidents and incidents, controlling PPE and safety reports, and performing risk assessments and safety inspections.
4. Training employees and third parties on safety concepts, developing procedures, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in heavy civil construction companies.
• Technical Safety Engineer course completion.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
