Responsibilities:

1. Operate the Inside Spray equipment using specific panels to ensure productivity during can production.
2. Operate Back-End equipment as needed to maintain factory productivity and efficiency.
3. Perform corrective maintenance on equipment, including disassembly, repair, and replacement of machine components to ensure optimal functioning and longevity.
4. Conduct quality inspections of the internal varnish application and curing process using computerized systems, intervening when necessary to maintain specifications.
5. Monitor spoilage rates in the varnish application and curing process, adjusting parameters to minimize losses and improve machine performance.

Qualifications:

• Completed Technical Course in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics.
• Experience with Machine Tools.
• Basic Knowledge of Metrology.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.
• Failure Analysis and TPM experience.

Additional Information:

• Location: Extrema/MG
• Model: On-site
• Schedule: 4x4 shift (4 days work, 4 days off) from 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am, rotating shifts every 6 months.
