Qualificações

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in related engineering disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Perform equipment maintenance, repair and preventive maintenance activities.
• Support machine conversion, device setup, and production line sustaining.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support evaluations, qualifications and NPI.
• Assist engineers with recipe setup, process qualification and yield improvement.
• Collect engineering data and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, QA, Automation and Engineering teams.

Our client is a leading global semiconductor manufacturing company specializing in advanced semiconductor technologies. They are expanding their operations and are looking for motivated individuals to join their growing team.

Position: Technician / Associate Engineer
Location: North Region
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shift (3–4 working days per week)
Employment Type : Permanent Role

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an onsite interview in Johor Bahru (JB) on 15 August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Support machine conversion, device setup, and production line sustaining.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support equipment evaluations, qualifications, and New Product Introduction (NPI).

• Assist Process Engineers with recipe setup, process qualification, engineering builds, yield improvement, and productivity enhancement.

• Collect engineering data and troubleshoot process-related issues.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, QA, Automation, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.

Requirements

Technician

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or other related disciplines.

Associate Engineer

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or other related disciplines.

• Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an advantage.

• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing PPE.

• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
