Job Summary:

Leads team within a technical area and assists with IT responsibilities like in development, testing, cybersecurity, or implementing application systems.

What You Will Do:

• Participates in developing, coding and testing computer programs for projects.

• Assists technical team with preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development and performing cybersecurity assessments.

• Creates and explains detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for application programs.

• Develops and mentors a high-performing IT team and fosters a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

What you have - Skills:

• Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.

• Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.

• Information Security Technologies: Knowledge of technologies and technology-based solutions dealing with information security issues; ability to protect information security across the organization using encryption technologies and appropriate security software.

• System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related areas.

• Pre-Advanced English.

• Windows Server knowledge.

• SQL Server advanced skills, including development: object creation, stored procedures creation and maintenance, and basic performance tuning.

• Proficiency in web hosting and web-based applications, knowledge of web servers such as Tomcat, JBoss and IIS on configuration, security and maintenance aspects.

Top Candidates will have:

• Advanced English

• Cross organizational, technical and functional collaboration skills to drive the optimal solution for the client needs and ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

• Knowledge of planning and implementing system enhancements, ensuring availability and security of services. Also, be familiar with the infrastructure of applications, system integration, web services, understand and implement network configurations in systems and applications.

• Knowledge of banking/financial applications, the knowledge of Autbank and Dimensa systems is a plus.

• Application API’s implementation and management.

• Azure basic knowledge.

This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week .
