Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Osasco, Brazil, to assist customers with the correct application of refrigeration and air conditioning products. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, P&D, Quality, Application, and Technical Support teams and requires regional and international travel.

Qualifications

• Technician or Bachelor in Engineering degree in Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Refrigeration or Mechanical.
• Proven experience in Commercial Refrigeration including system automation and controls, especially Chiller applications.
• Ability to balance high customer demands while managing projects and technical discussions.
• Advanced Portuguese and intermediate English; Spanish is a differential.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Technical Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in support our customers regarding the correct aplication of our refrigeration and air conditioning products and solutions.

Your impact? Collaborate with Sales, P&D, Quality, Application and Technical Support teams. You’ll also have to deal with external partners like sales agents, instructors and inspectors.

You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership ofresponsibilities, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering technical presentations and product/solution demos online and/or at customer location.
• Configure and validate technical solutions.
• Provide installation and upgrade support.
• Delivering timely and accurate high-level after-sales support to our customers

What We're Looking For
