What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and mentor a team of 2+ technical specialists to enhance customer satisfaction

- Develop a deep understanding of customer processes, products, and applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and at least 12 years of relevant work experience OR Associate's or technical degree in a related area with at least 10 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in adhesive and sealant application processes
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in transportation/mobility and durable assembly markets
- Familiarity with multiple adhesive or sealant chemistries
