Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, develop and deliver technical-scientific and operational training for the Field Force and other areas of the company.

You will create learning paths, manage content, and act as the technical reference for content creation, validation and dissemination, while maintaining training platforms and tools. The role emphasizes pharmacology knowledge and adult learning techniques within regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field.
• MS Office: intermediate/advanced.
• Pharmacology knowledge, therapeutic areas, adult learning techniques, compliance.
• SAP knowledge is desirable.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver technical‑scientific and operational training programs for the Field Force and other areas of the company.
• Develop learning paths and technical‑scientific training materials.
• Serve as the technical‑scientific reference for the creation, validation and dissemination of technical content.
• Manage and keep training platforms and tools up to date.
• Develop technical and behavioral competencies of the Field Force.
• Provide technical‑scientific support to clarify inquiries and medical information.
• Manage administrative processes, budget and suppliers for the Training area.
• Perform other duties relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare fields.
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Specific knowledge: pharmacology and therapeutic areas; adult learning techniques; compliance and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools is desirable.
