Technical Sales Representative

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative for our Sao Paulo facility. In this role, you will be responsible for technical support through installation, cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of machines and equipment in Latin America.

Your Responsibilities:

• Install and test all equipment sold in Latin America.
• Identify opportunities and execute sales of parts, spare parts, updates, and upgrades of machines served.
• Train the customer base on the best use of machines and operational functions in general.
• Provide on-site and/or remote support services to customers who have questions or problems using already installed equipment.
• Carry out maintenance, cleaning, and calibration services for equipment and peripherals.
• Prospect service opportunities for new customers and increase the customer base served.
• Manage regional customer portfolio.

Your Profile:

• Mechanical, electrical - electronics or similar technician
• English or Spanish languages are a plus
• Equipment maintenance and calibration
