A Continental está buscando um profissional para fornecer suporte técnico à equipe de vendas, distribuidores e à rede de serviço. Você conduzirá treinamentos presenciais e online sobre produtos, aplicações e melhores práticas, e realizará visitas técnicas para analisar falhas e orientar representantes em outros estados.

Também apoiará o setor jurídico com análises técnicas e registros de negociações, coletará dados de campo para apoiar o desenvolvimento de novos produtos com a equipe de

Qualificações

• Diploma técnico ou superior em Mecânica Automotiva, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Automotiva ou áreas correlatas.
• Experiência com correias, suspensões a ar ou sistemas de transmissão é um diferencial.
• Conhecimento de mecânica de veículos comerciais (linha leve ou pesada).
• Boas habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita para treinamentos e interações técnicas com clientes.
• Capacidade de trabalhar em campo e em diversos ambientes (oficinas, centros automotivos, frotistas, eventos técnicos).
• Disposição para viagens.
• Pacote Office intermediário e conhecimento de ferramentas de apresentação.
• Áudio espanhol será considerado um diferencial.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte técnico à equipe de vendas, distribuidores e à rede de serviço (oficinas e frotas).
• Realizar treinamentos técnicos presenciais e online sobre produtos, aplicações e melhores práticas.
• Realizar visitas de campo para analisar falhas e orientar representantes em outros estados.
• Apoiar o setor jurídico com análises técnicas e registros de negociações, quando necessário em ações legais.
• Coletar dados de campo para apoiar o desenvolvimento de novos produtos junto à equipe de desenvolvimento.
• Fornecer suporte técnico à área de exportação, atendendo clientes na América do Sul.
• Monitorar e registrar o atendimento ao cliente via sistema, preparando relatórios e contribuindo para melhoria contínua.

• Providing technical support to the sales team, distributors and the service network (workshops and fleet owners).
• Carry out face-to-face and online technical training on products, applications and best practices.
• Carry out field visits to analyze faults, provide technical guidance and support representatives in other states.
• Supporting the legal sector with technical analysis and records of negotiations, whenever necessary in legal actions.
• Collecting field data and insights to support the development of new products together with the product development team.
• Providing technical support to the export area, serving clients in South American countries.
• Monitoring and recording customer service via the system, preparing reports and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Technical degree or higher in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related areas.
• Experience with belts, air springs or transmission systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics (light or heavy line).
• Good verbal and written communication skills for training and technical interactions with customers.
• Ability to work in the field and in a variety of environments (workshops, automotive centers, fleet operators, technical events).
• Willing to travel
• Intermediate Office package and knowledge of presentation tools.
• Spanish will be considered a plus.
