A tech recruiting agency is seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to work fully remote in Brazil. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing high-volume Technical recruiting primarily for Full Stack Python Developers. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills and proven experience in tech recruiting. This role offers a base salary between USD 2,500 to 3,000 per month along with uncapped commissions, providing high earning potential in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

What you'll do

Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers)

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities .

Use best-in-class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement.

Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions!)

Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates.

What we're looking for

Excellent English communication skills

Proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack.

Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
