We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to help us realize some of these ambitions by ensuring project deliverables are met and stakeholders are kept up to date throughout the development phases.

As a Technical Project Manager at Better Collective, you will play a key role in achieving success across our project portfolio.

What The Role Is About

• Prioritizing, scheduling, and assigning tasks to team members
• Establishing stage gates and milestones, and reporting against these to senior leadership
• Ensuring project resources are properly allocated to meet all goals on time
• Maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders and flagging risks at appropriate times

What We’ll Love About You

• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Proven Scrum or Project Management skills, possibly with formal certification
• Experience in the web development lifecycle and collaborating with developers (no coding experience required)
• Decision-making driven by data and business needs
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
