As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving projects forward and aligning cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include designing project plans, coordinating execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that improve user experience and support business goals.

To be more specific, you will:

Gather project needs from different teams to create alignment and impact.

Design project plans with a focus on improving the user experience.

Keep projects on track by managing deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.

Coordinate with teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Document progress with clear reports and updates.

Oversee testing, making sure every project delivers high-quality results.

3+ years of experience as a technical project manager or product owner in IT

Technical knowledge to support quick decision making

Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues

Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities

Fluent english and excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and its practical application

Bonus points if you have:

Familiarity with WordPress and/or Web technologies

Familiarity with SEO concepts

Familiarity with software testing methods
