Are you someone who can make a significant impact on Amazon's ability to drive business growth? Are you comfortable digging into business and technical requirements as well as metrics development? Then this is the position for you.
We are looking for Technical Account Managers to own and implement a roadmap of new strategic Amazon initiatives with our Integrators in Brazil (Marketplace Hubs). You will be responsible for building relationships, providing technical support, and engaging our partners' development teams to implement, maintain, and grow their integrations with Amazon's marketplace.
The Technical Account Manager must balance Amazon's objectives with the needs of sellers while driving the integration process through our MWS APIs and SP-APIs. This position requires a combination of technical skills (to support development and testing) and relationship skills (to negotiate and engage our partners to meet agreed deadlines). Additionally, the Technical Account Manager will analyze pain points, metrics, and seller experience to identify improvement opportunities.
In this role, you will need to understand our integration APIs (Amazon Marketplace Web Service - MWS and SP-APIs), which is an integrated web service that helps sellers programmatically exchange information on listings, orders, payments, reports, and more.
Job functions include:

  1. Be responsible for a group of partners and manage the pipeline of projects with them.
  2. Maintain daily/weekly contact with their teams via phone and email and conduct recurrent visits.
  3. Provide technical support to the development teams on documentation, best practices, example codes, troubleshooting, and testing.
  4. Keep external and internal teams informed about key project issues and actively collaborate with responsible teams to identify and resolve challenges.
  5. Understand seller API documentation and interact with their teams to deeply comprehend our APIs, follow guidelines, and seek support when complex problems arise.
  6. Provide 2nd level support for complex cases when necessary.
  7. Serve as a technical consulting expert to the Product Manager on evaluating the best solutions, estimating efforts, and defining product roadmaps.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Daily/weekly contact with teams via phone and email, including recurrent visits.
  2. Provide technical support to development teams on documentation, best practices, example codes, troubleshooting, and testing.
  3. Keep external and internal teams informed about key project issues and actively work with responsible teams to identify and resolve challenges.
  4. Understand seller API documentation and interact with teams to deeply understand our APIs, follow guidelines, and seek support when complex problems arise.
