Key job responsibilities

About The Team

The Brazil Central Flow (BRCF) team plays a crucial role in optimizing workflow across fulfillment centers (FCs) through centralized and standardized execution planning, while still addressing the unique needs of individual FCs. Their primary focus is on enhancing FC execution performance, quality, and speed, while overseeing risk mitigation strategies and leveraging BIE reports for data-driven decision-making. They aim to balance standardization and flexibility to exceed customer expectations and achieve optimal results across the fulfillment network.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of software development and project management concepts
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight)
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Programming skills (e.g., Python, R)
