A technology solutions provider is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the design and implementation of scalable systems in logistics technology. This remote role requires strong experience in product management, technical acumen in API design, and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams. Ideal candidates will bring at least 5 years of B2B technology experience, proficiency in mobile product management, and strong communication skills. A supportive work environment and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Imagine architecting the future of logistics. As a Technical Product Manager at CXT Software, you won't just define requirements; you'll partner with engineering to design scalable systems, model complex data flows, and own the technical strategy for our AI-driven platform. You will validate your vision with data and prototypes, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver measurable outcomes—driving customer loyalty, revenue growth, and operational efficiency at scale.
Unlike traditional PM roles, this is a deeply technical position. You won’t just manage a backlog; you'll debate API contracts, contribute to system design discussions, and validate technical approaches alongside our architects. You'll own the 'how' just as much as the 'what' and 'why'.
CXT Software provides the technology backbone for delivery processes, empowering courier, route delivery, and healthcare companies to maximize operational potential. Our solutions streamline business functions, freeing time and resources for exceptional service delivery. Every day, we help countless businesses optimize their delivery operations and drive success.

*Architectural Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering leads on system design, data architecture, and technology selection to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
*Technical Specification: Define API requirements, model complex workflows, and write specs that are technically precise.
*Discovery & Validation: Lead customer research, data analysis, and rapid prototyping to confirm problem–solution fit.
*Prioritization & Roadmapping: Score ideas with a WSJF-RICE hybrid framework and maintain a living roadmap in Productboard.
*Specification & Planning: Write PRDs with Gherkin-style acceptance criteria, story mapping, and instrumentation requirements.
*Execution Support: Partner with UX and Engineering during Kanban flow, ensuring Definition of Ready/Done is met.
*Release & Enablement: Coordinate release notes, in-app guides (Pendo), and internal enablement on Confluence.
*Measurement & Iteration: Review adoption and outcome metrics at 14/30/60/90-day intervals and iterate or sunset as needed.
Requirements
*A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
*5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7+ total years in a B2B technology environment. Experience as a software engineer before becoming a PM is highly valued.
*Proven experience shipping products in B2B SaaS and mobile applications.
*System Design & Architecture: Ability to understand and contribute to discussions about microservices, event-driven architecture, and database design.
*Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of RESTful API design, AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle, training, inference), and experience designing complex system integrations.
*Mobile Product Management: Experience with the unique challenges of building and shipping mobile applications.
*Ownership & Accountability: A proactive mindset to define clear success metrics, instrument usage data, and champion data-driven reviews to ensure every release moves the needle on OKRs.
*Communication & Storytelling: Ability to distill complex technical and business insights into crisp narratives that align cross-functional teams.
*Data Fluency: Comfortable digging into SQL, analytics dashboards (Pendo), and cost-of-delay models to justify decisions and measure outcomes.
*Hands-on experience with a modern product stack: Productboard, Jira, Confluence, Pendo Analytics, Figma, FigJam, Dovetail.
*Experience with development and cloud tools: MLFlow, WindSurf, Replit, Google Workspace, Azure.
*Ability to work effectively within a 100% remote, US-based team.
*Fluent in English (written and verbal).
