Job Title: Technical Manager BISO (Business Information Security Officer)

Job Description

The Brazil Business Information Security Officer (BISO) focuses on proactively identifying security and compliance issues/risks to business operation processes in various accounts. Responsibilities include executing controls to deter, detect, and mitigate security and insider risks, establishing mechanisms to monitor and audit information and data protection for both Concentrix and clients, and ensuring compliance levels of processes and controls in the operational environment. The BISO aims to enhance fraud and compliance prevention culture and risk-free environment, addressing issues such as physical and logical security, data privacy, KPI, CSAT, call manipulation, and information leakage. Key activities involve risk management, governance, metrics, executive presentations, and collaboration across teams. Results are achieved through direct interaction and influencing internal groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a Technical Manager with experience in quality, security compliance, or delivery in the BPO industry.
• 5 to 8 years in risk and compliance management, security controls, assessments, or investigations.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• CISA certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
• Deep understanding of BPO operations and CRM services.
• Knowledge of fraud, non-compliance, incident investigations, and risk management in BPO.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.

BISO Responsibilities

• Promote integrity and ethical standards across staff and accounts.
• Provide governance for surveillance and monitoring to identify security and non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments to address security risks.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance and identify risks.
• Work with operations to resolve non-compliance issues promptly and implement preventive controls.
• Perform periodic reviews to identify operational gaps, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
• Report findings and present to management.
• Support proactive risk management, assessments, and inspections.
• Participate in investigations and incident analysis, ensuring timely closure.
• Document lessons learned and coordinate with the Client Risk Control Team.
• Develop and deliver employee awareness and training programs.

Accountability

• Ensure security and compliance across accounts to meet expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance levels.
• Support security programs related to insider risk and compliance.
• Monitor risk areas, ensure closures, and report to stakeholders.
• Manage internal reviews for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish governance routines and conduct education sessions.
