Be the Technical Responsible for customer projects in South America, primarily for Electrointensive segments (MMM, Energy & Chemicals, Power, and Grid) as part of our RAC (Regional Application Center) team in this region.

Main role is to lead and supervise the execution of projects from the sales phase through to completion, developing optimal solutions and ensuring full delivery of scope according to contractual terms, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating design, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery phases. The Tech Leader will manage the schedule of the technical scope, coordinate engineering resources functionally, and ensure solutions are delivered within budget.

Manage all technical aspects of the project (electrical, mechanical, automation, etc.) and serve as the main responsible for the solution. Additionally, promote digital solutions and services for customers.

Qualifications for success in this role include:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related engineering fields
• Experience in complex electrical substation projects and equipment (Medium Voltage and Low Voltage switchboards, drives, transformers, UPS, automation, etc.) with tight delivery schedules and ability to work under pressure
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical roles
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable)
• Willingness to travel across South America
