Job Description

What will you do?

Be the Technical Responsible for the customer projects in South America, mainly for Electrointensive segments (MMM, Energy & Chemicals, Power and Grid) as part of our RAC (Regional Application Center) team in this region.

Main role is to lead and supervise the execution of projects since the selling phase, developing the best solution until the end of execution phase, with full delivery of scope according to contractual terms, ensuring customer satisfaction. Will coordinate the design, manufacturing, integration, tests and delivery phase. The Tech Leader will manage schedule of technical scope, coordinate engineering resources functionally, ensuring solutions is delivered within budget.

Take care of all the multi technical aspects of the project (electrical, mechanical, automation, etc) and be the main responsible for the solution. Will also be in charge to promote digital solutions and services for customers.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related Engineering areas
  • Experience in Complex projects of Electrical Substations and its equipment (Medium Voltage and Low Voltage switchboards, Drives, Transformers, UPS, Automation, etc) with tight delivery schedules. Able to work with strong pressure
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical areas.
  • English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable)
  • Available for travels in all South America
