762 Interactive is looking for a Technical Lead to join our studio and help bring to life Project Kingpin- an ambitious and fresh take on crime-strategy games. We’re searching for someone with strong leadership capabilities, deep technical abilities & a passion for delivering awesome projects. You’ll be the technical backbone of the studio, overseeing architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers. This role requires both hands-on coding and leadership skills.
This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural proposals and guide the vision for engine systems, ensuring they meet desired functionality and performance standards.
- Propose tools or technologies that could enhance the ability to delivery great engine systems support.
- Own and drive engine topics and subsequent decision making.
- Propose and implement solutions to the challenges of performance and scale.
- Oversee code reviews, workflows, and best practices.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on game dev tools and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with design, art, and production teams to integrate features.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers (Unity / C# focus).
- Cultivate the team culture in line with the company’s values and goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional game development experience, with 1+ year of leadership / mentorship role.
- Strong proficiency with Unity and C#.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in one or more engine related focus areas, including but not limited to : rendering, tools, physics, asset / build pipeline..etc.
- System architecture skills.
- Ability to debug and optimize code.
- Can think and work creatively while taking the initiative to solve problems.
- Solid understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-discipline.
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independently.
- Drive towards professional growth.
- Fluent in Portuguese; English for daily communication with U.S. leadership.
Nice To Have
- Experience with strategy / sim / management games is very welcome.
- Familiarity with analytics, telemetry, or live-ops systems.
