What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Lead architecture and design engagements to showcase how ServiceNow can meet strategic customer needs
- Define integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture and the ServiceNow roadmap
- Maintain relationships with multiple levels within customer accounts throughout their journey
- Collaborate with internal teams to create best practices and educational materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of total IT experience, with at least 8+ years of hands-on technical experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience presenting technical concepts to technology leaders and partners
- Deep platform knowledge and solution design expertise to influence client strategy
- Willingness to collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to achieve goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Out-of-the-box innovative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience running workshops related to CSDM and data integration strategies
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and security models
