Role Overview:

As a Tech Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier technical talent across Latin America and beyond. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, proactively build pipelines, and attract candidates through a variety of sourcing strategies. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of the tech industry and a passion for connecting people to the right opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and engage with technical talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for roles across software engineering, DevOps, data science, and other technical functions
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Conduct initial screening and qualification calls in fluent English
  • Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to guide sourcing decisions and improve talent outreach
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions using internal tools and platforms
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in tech talent sourcing or recruitment
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing) is a must
  • Data-driven mindset to track and act on KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of the technology industry, including programming languages, tech stacks, and career paths
  • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
  • International sourcing experience is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and Boolean search strategies
