About This Opportunity

As a Technical Systems Analyst, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Transaction Services. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of application development and support experience, along with strong business analysis and/or project coordination skills. Your primary responsibilities will include environment maintenance, builds, deployments, patch management, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Application support (not supporting packages)
• Infrastructure – health of the platform
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications and servers
• Strong database skills (SQL)
• Experience with maintaining containerized applications
• Java/Jboss applications
• Installing applications
• Understanding of Networking (load balancers)
• Maintain cloud infrastructure
• Documentation including process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams
• High availability
• 24/7 on-call support (rotation)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, and implementing applications and server systems
• Previous transaction processing experience is a plus
• Scripting experience
• Cloud Infrastructure experience
• Networking experience is a plus
• Programming language experience
