We are looking for a tech recruiter passionate about connecting incredible talents to transformative opportunities in the technology area. Someone who understands that recruitment goes beyond filling vacancies, but about building strong, diverse, and culturally aligned teams. What you need to have:

  • Conduct the selective process from start to finish for technology area vacancies;
  • Work together with leaders to understand area needs and define ideal profiles;
  • Create a description of the desired profile for the vacancy requester;
  • Actively search for candidate people on Gupy and Linkedin Recruiter platforms, identifying potential profiles;
  • Perform screening, interviews, and technical evaluations, collaborating with managers to identify the best candidates.
  • Conduct interviews with the objective of evaluating adherence to our culture and values, in addition to work scope needs;
  • Follow up on all stages of the selection process;
  • Prepare profile analyses and reviews;
  • Provide structured feedback to approved and disapproved candidates;
  • Negotiate with candidate people;
  • Ensure the best experience for the candidate person during their journey;
  • Participate in the integration and take care of the adaptation of newly arrived people, and propose improvements for daily work.

Desirable education and engagement:

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related areas.
  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in pleno or senior positions.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Gupy, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, focusing on results and deadlines.
