Aubay Portugal is seeking a senior engineering leader to mentor agile teams and drive continuous improvement across development cycles. You will prioritize work, manage the backlog, and coordinate with architects to align releases with business goals.

Candidates should have 8+ years in enterprise settings, strong C++/Unity experience, and fluent English to engage with global stakeholders. The role offers a fully remote work model and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Over 8 years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams, ideally within the Gaming industry.
• Proven management skills in conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning, and backlog ownership.
• Solid software engineering background with ability to engage in technical discussions, particularly C++ and Unity.
• Experience analyzing product requirements across the SDLC (architecture, development, testing, deployment).
• Fluent English is required for effective communication in a global context.

What will you do?
