First things first: What is this role about?

We’re a Sequoia-backed company with a woman CEO and a diverse, global team. Our sales pros are relationship builders, consultants, and networkers. This role requires skills like relationship building, strategic thinking, and pipeline development. Here’s what our team shared about their day-to-day experience:

  • Handle VTEX clients.
  • Work with Insider global offices to improve partnership practices, grow their portfolios, create go-to-market plans, and manage partnerships.
  • Manage your pipeline and generate leads for Insider and its Partner Network.
  • Support partner onboarding and update on partnership processes.
  • Develop success plans for adoption and expansion of Insider among partners and their clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Partner Success—to grow channels.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and present the Insider Partner Programme.
  • Become an expert on the Insider platform, best practices, and company vision.
  • Set meetings with global offices to get updates, address needs, and encourage deployment of the Partner Programme.

  • 5+ years in partner/agency development and management.
  • Experience working with VTEX.
