Appnovation Technologies is seeking a Tech Lead - Veeva Vault Developer to drive technical delivery of regulatory content management solutions. You will configure Vault components, develop customizations, and build integrations with Vault APIs across global teams.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with QA and business stakeholders, and ensure releases are delivered on time in Agile, distributed environments. A strong background in Veeva Vault configuration and Java SDK is required.

• Senior-level experience with Veeva Vault configuration (objects, workflows, lifecycles, DAC)
• Hands-on development using the Veeva Vault Java SDK
• Experience with Vault APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Experience with configuration migration and release management

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management

Responsabilidades

• Lead Veeva Vault delivery with configuration, solution design, and technical direction across enhancements, releases, and support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Vault configurations and technical solution designs, offering technical guidance, feasibility analysis, and estimation.
• Develop custom functionality using the Veeva Vault Java SDK when configuration options are insufficient, establishing coding standards and best practices.
• Build, support, and troubleshoot integrations using Vault APIs to ensure reliable and secure data flows across connected platforms.
• Manage configuration migrations, deployments, release readiness, and version control across sandbox and production environments.
• Support end-to-end testing, defect triage, release execution, and post-deployment hypercare for escalated technical issues.
• Mentor developers and collaborate closely with quality assurance, business stakeholders, and delivery leads throughout the delivery lifecycle.

As a Tech Lead - Veeva Vault Developer, you will play a key role in supporting an integrated digital content management and MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review ecosystem. In this role, you will configure Vault components, develop targeted customizations, and build robust integrations that streamline content review, approval, and compliance. You will collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams across regions and time zones to drive technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Veeva Vault technical delivery, providing hands-on configuration, solution design, and technical direction across enhancements, releases, and support.

• Translate business requirements into scalable Vault configurations and technical solution designs, offering technical guidance, feasibility analysis, and estimation.

• Develop custom functionality using the Veeva Vault Java SDK when configuration options are insufficient, establishing coding standards and best practices.

What we are looking for

Must-Have:

• Strong senior-level experience with Veeva Vault configuration, including objects, workflows, lifecycles, access, permissions, Dynamic Access Control (DAC), and security models.

• Hands-on experience developing custom logic and extensions using the Veeva Vault Java SDK.

• Working knowledge of Veeva Vault APIs, system integrations, data flows, and technical troubleshooting.

• Demonstrated experience with Vault configuration migration, deployment, release management, and production readiness.

• Proven experience leading technical delivery in Agile, cross-functional, and distributed team models.

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience managing technical stakeholders and mentoring team members.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with regulated content platforms such as PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, or QMS within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
