Appnovation in Brazil seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead delivery teams on AI-powered initiatives for a major client. You will coordinate sprints, groom backlogs, and partner with product owners and technology leaders to convert requirements into actionable work.

You will need 5+ years in Agile/Delivery, strong Scrum knowledge, and proficiency with JIRA/Confluence. Excellent English communication across time zones is essential to drive quality, velocity and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Agile Project/Delivery experience in a digital agency, professional services or consulting environment.
• Broad project management capability beyond scrum master responsibilities: scope, budget, resourcing, risk, client communication and commercial awareness.
• Experience with AI tooling within delivery teams and how quality and review are handled.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement).

This role sits on a long-running engagement with one of our largest enterprise clients, a global pharmaceutical and life sciences organization, delivering AI-powered applications and service enhancements across a highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment.

You Will Have An Opportunity To

• Run AI-powered delivery teams, where AI tooling is used across the development lifecycle, and set the working practices that keep quality and traceability high
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives and daily stand-ups, and communicate clear sprint goals
• Partner with product owners and technology leaders to translate business requirements into work the development teams can execute, and handle backlog grooming and intake of new requests
• Work closely with developers, architects, business analysts, UX designers and client representatives to shape the direction and approach of each initiative
• Own delivery of service enhancements end to end, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes
• Facilitate internal communications and act as the point of contact for external stakeholders, including senior client stakeholders in a regulated industry
• Estimate and track velocity and costs, develop resource plans, and assess issues and risks early
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams to higher levels of maturity in the context of AI-powered delivery
• Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams adopt change effectively
• Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards at the end of every sprint and release
• Identify and recommend process improvements in how we deliver
• Help build a productive and enjoyable environment where team members own their products and solutions

Job Skills And Requirements

Are you an experienced Agile project manager with a real passion for technology and a track record of running delivery teams in complex enterprise environments? As an Agile Project Manager with Appnovation, you'll manage multi-functional teams consulting, designing, developing, training and supporting digital transformation solutions for our clients around the world, while championing the use of the latest AI tools in how we build.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of Agile Project, Delivery or Product Management experience in a digital agency, professional services or consulting environment, with a focus on running multiple concurrent Agile teams
• Broad project management capability beyond the scrummaster responsibilities: scope, budget, resourcing, risk, client communication and commercial awareness
• Demonstrable understanding of how AI technology is used within software development, and a point of view on how it is changing the way applications get built
• Experience introducing or supporting the adoption of AI tooling within a delivery team, and the ability to describe it concretely: what was used, how the team's way of working changed, and how quality and review were handled
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• A solid understanding of, or hands‑on experience with, software development, including mobile, web or multi-tech platform implementation
• Working experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office
• Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to communicate effectively across different levels of an organization
• Exceptional planning, organizational, conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, given global business teams across multiple time zones

Nice To Haves

• Sustained experience running AI-powered delivery teams, or delivering AI or LLM-based product features
• Experience with AI‑native delivery and understanding how AI agents can be used to enhance a delivery workflow
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc.)
• A recognised Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Product Owner or PMI-ACP
• Business analysis and requirements management experience
• Exposure to enterprise clients in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, financial services) is an asset
