Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, including data structures and algorithms.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese.

Preferred qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience managing teams of software engineers.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems, APIs used by other developers, Search Ranking systems, or ML (Machine Learning) systems.
