We are seeking an experienced Mobile Tech Lead to join our team and oversee the development of innovative mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mobile development using Flutter/BLoC, Swift, and Kotlin, along with backend development experience with NodeJS and TypeScript.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the mobile development team.
2. Translate requirements from the product team and contribute to high-level design for scalability, performance, and high availability.
3. Ensure application quality through code reviews, testing, and debugging.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers.
5. Develop and maintain scalable application architectures.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies.
7. Create comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and features.
8. Engage with stakeholders to deliver optimal user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Flutter and BLoC pattern.
• Proficiency in Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android development.
• Experience with NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of RESTful web services and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Additional Skills:

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and collaboration with designers.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
