Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a technical lead, be a reference when communicating with the team and stakeholders (including the client);
• Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches elaborating detailed design documents;
• Development of new features;
• Maintenance of existing applications;
• Help define and document practices, methodologies and processes relevant to technical teams, improving Encora’s knowledge base;
• Implement solution from coding to testing to production deployment support;
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Experience with analysis, design, and implementation;
• Experience NextJS and NodeJS;
• Cloud knowledge (specially AWS Lambda, AWS CDK and serverless).

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience in driving Scrum rituals (Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective).
