Your Role

As a Tech Lead, you will manage software development, application architecture, and problem-solving to create rapid prototypes and accelerate innovative ideas. You will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders, providing technical expertise to drive innovation and ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

• Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and maintainable Java-based microservices solutions.
• Integration: Ensure the integration of microservices aligns with the overall system architecture and business requirements.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices in coding, design, and performance.
• Hands-On Development: Develop Java-based microservices, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and ensure rapid, reliable releases.

You demonstrate

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on building and deploying microservices.
• Java Proficiency: Proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate, Maven.
• Microservices Architecture: Experience with microservices architecture and patterns, including service discovery, load balancing, and circuit breaking.
• Web Services: Rest Webservice.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, good communication, commitment, time management.
• Desirables: Angular, Webservice (SOAP), ESB, TIbco, JSF, T-Sql, API Gateway, Openshift, Kafka, Banco NoSql (Mongo DB, Redis), IBM Cloud, English, Spanish.
