Job Description

We are looking for someone who will:

• Lead and manage our Integrations Development team, providing technical guidance, support, and constant feedback;
• Optimize our integration partnerships with different solutions and apps;
• Create and implement efficient strategies for the integration of systems, guaranteeing interoperability and process speed;
• Work across multiple product and business teams to solve complex business problems in simple ways;
• Monitor and ensure our standards on quality, system security, and performance across the product lifecycle;
• Identify and proactively resolve any obstacle that may arise during the development or implementation of an integration;
• Promote a collaborative and motivating work environment to make the team thrive;
• Provide process updates at regular intervals, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

• Experience with software development — a solid understanding of programming languages, relational databases, and frameworks relevant to our operations (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python);
• Robust experience leading technical teams: a skilled communicator, person of action, and problem solver;
• Proficiency in cloud services, especially AWS, along with practical knowledge of EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway;
• Experience with project management, including planning, development, and control of integration projects;
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, showing initiative and a proactive attitude.

It’d be nice if you had:

• Experience in critical integration projects requiring high availability and scalability;
• A working understanding of ASP Classic.
