You will own the technical direction across Java/Spring Boot backends and React frontends, APIs, and infrastructure, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, scalable delivery within a microservices environment.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Lead Fullstack (Java/React) based in Brazil.

This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong hands-on engineering skills with the ability to guide a development team.
You will act as a key technical reference, connecting architectural direction with practical implementation across modern cloud-native systems.
The role covers the full technology stack, from Java and Spring Boot backends to React frontends, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.
You will help shape technical decisions, identify risks and technical debt, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and reliable.
Working closely with architects and cross-functional teams, you will influence design while remaining close to day-to-day engineering execution.
