As a Tech Lead, you will serve as a technical reference and team leader, balancing technical expertise, people leadership, and project management:
Qualifications:
Familiarity with financial domains such as payments, fraud prevention, or lending, understanding operational workflows, regulations, and business impacts. Ability to translate domain requirements into technical solutions and mentor engineers with business context.
